Jupe 1001 perles

la version « Tulipe » en viscose « abstract » mountain quartz rose de la dernière collection capsule by Cousette et la seconde « Solaire » avec un sublime coton Kokka Fabric déniché chez Jolis tissus et compagnie lors de mon premier atelier couture. Ainsi deux versions pour un style différent ;)))

Une fois les plis réalisés, vous allez coudre une seule poche pour la version « Solaire » et deux poches sur la version « Tulipe ». Pour cette dernière, j’ai choisi d’insérer un passepoil OR pour les mettre en exergue et ainsi constitué LE détail supplémentaire.

L’ultime étape sera de coudre la ceinture d’ailleurs celle ci dispose d’une largeur optimale de façon à bien valoriser les poches et plis. Ainsi après avoir thermocollé la ceinture devant, vous allez coudre les ceintures devant et dos puis faire correspondre les repères sur le devant. Puis vous réaliserez la même opération avec les doublures ceinture que vous viendrez coudre endroit contre endroit. Après avoir realise l’ourlet de repli sur la doublure ceinture, il faudra laisser un espace de 5 cm de chaque côté en partant du bord de façon à pouvoir introduire le ou les élastiques pour ceintrer votre jupe. J’ai utilisé un large élastique pour la version « tulipe » que j’ai surpiqué 2 fois parallèlement et directement sur l’élastique et pour la version « solaire » j’ai choisi de tester l’autre technique soit 2 élastiques moins larges. Pour cette dernière, vous devrez coudre 2 lignes parallèles en gardant les 5 cm de chaque côté puis vous viendrez insérer avec épingle à nourrice vos élastiques. Ne pas oublier de les coudre post insertion ;))

After the « top trop top, » I had a real heart for the sewing pattern : 1001 pearles skirt by Ivanne Soufflet. It offers a multitude of possible versions and it’s a real treat !!! Once the hands there is only one desire finally say that I an abundance of desires. Indeed, the 1001 pearles skirt by Ivanne Soufflet. is available in 4 versions to suit all styles and decline with a wide range of fabrics. Each version has the same belt, available with one, two or without pocket and the good news: the elastic is required so it is not necessary to remove the zip;)))

Personally, Solar (C) and « Tulip » (D) versions have caught my eye because the pleats give a true style skirt.
So I chose expressive printed so as to highlight the cut and details of the skirt. So I wanted to present the two versions:
the « Tulip » version in « abstract » mountain rose quartz viscose from the last capsule collection  by Cousette and the second « Solar » with a sublime cotton Kokka Fabric founded at Jolis tissus et compagnie and company during my first sewing workshop. And two versions for different style;)))

As a preamble, I want to clarify that the detailed explanation is impressive and so reassuring for beginners. All the ingredients for a successful Jupe 1001 perles by Ivanne Soufflet.
At the time of cutting, it is important to flag pins especially on the folds in fact this will be the key step to achieving for both « Tulip » and « Solar ». In 2 cases, please follow the arrows to obtain your obliques or centered folds.

Once made folds, you’ll sew a single pocket to the « Solar » version, and two pockets on the version « Tulip ». For the latter, I chose to insert gold piping to highlight and thus constituted THE key detail.
The final step will be to sew belt besides this one has an optimum width to promote good pockets and folds. So after inserting the viselins belt before you will sew the front and back belts then match the marks on the front. Then you will realize the same operation with the belt liners you come sew place against place. Having realized the fold hem on the belt lining, it will leave a space of 5 cm on each side from the edge so as to introduce or elastics ceintrer your skirt.

I used a wide elastic for version « tulip » I stitched 2 times parallel and directly on the elastic and for version « solar » I chose to test the technique other is 2 less wide elastic. For the latter, you should sew two parallel lines keeping 5 cm on each side and then you come with pin insert your elastic nurse. Do not forget to sew post insertion;))

That’s below the design of the 1001 pearles skirt by Ivanne Soufflet is one of my favorite for this sewing pattern because I can already tell you that I will build me a beautiful panel of skirts and for all seasons; )))
