Deliveries and returns

DELIVERY

As soon as we receive your order, we promise to dispatch it within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

For pre-ordered items, we undertake to deliver on the date indicated on the product sheet and within a maximum of 48 hours. If your order includes several items, including a pre-order item, the parcel will be dispatched when it is complete to limit our carbon footprint. 

Our carriers in France : 

Delivery charges are calculated according to weight and delivery method. They may be subject to variations specific to our carriers.

  • Colissimo home delivery without signature (2-3 days)

  • Delivery by Mondial Relay or Relais Colis (3-5 days) in relay points selected by you.

  • 24-hour Chronopost express delivery 

  • Delivery in mainland France is free from €99 with Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

  • SWITZERLAND: DELIVENGO delivery (3 to 5 days) or FEDEX (48H)

  • UNITED KINGDOM: As of January 1, 2021, the United Kingdom has left the European Union. From now on, online purchases to this country are subject to customs rules and formalities. Your order may therefore be subject to customs fees, which you will be asked to pay in order to collect your parcel. 

  • Chronopost delivery (48H) 

  • Free delivery in mainland France for orders over €200

RETURNS

If the item does not suit you, you have 14 days to request a refund or exchange (subject to stock availability) of your order, excluding return shipping costs. 

To process your request as quickly as possible, please fill in the contact form on www.mydress-made.com / Contact or send us an e-mail to anne@mydress-made.com , giving your name and order number.

The Product must be returned in perfect condition.

In this case, it must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, to the following address: MY DRESS MADE 820 Route de Pollionnay- 69210 LENTILLY

Clothing, accessories and fabrics must be returned unworn, unwashed, unstitched and uncut. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to enable them to be marketed as new, accompanied by the purchase invoice.

Damaged, soiled or incomplete products will not be refunded or exchanged.

For garments and fabrics, we will proceed with an exchange as soon as the requested product is in stock, taking into account our desire to manufacture in "limited series".

If the model is not available, we will give you a full refund, excluding return postage.
