Robe Forget me not

Robe Forget me not

After Iris blouse, one of my big favorites Slow Sunday Paris, I am pleased to share the dress Forget Me Not by Slow Sunday Paris;))) A key dress incl. many details that make its uniqueness while remaining timeless and accessible;))) In short everything that I love !!! Indeed, it is distinguished by its bunk sleeves and ruching in front and back that perfectly draw the silhouette.

For this first, I expected the ideal fabric for its fluidity, its very colorful print is done! So I had the chance to test the latest box by Craftine including fabric, piping, in short everything you need to design the model proposed in this case Malo dress by Anne Couture Kerdiles;))) So once the Craftine box in hand, the challenge ahead: Interpreting in his own way by choosing the model of choice and above all have fun based fabric and accessories;))

And I chose to inaugurate the Forget Me Not dress by Slow Sunday Paris I imagined printed perfectly with this ideal by its fluidity for ruching and a real set of values sleeves through the piping matching Orange !!! !

Level : Intermediate – Completion time: 3 hours – Cost: €€€

As a preamble, I invite you to favor a fluid tissue such as crepe, silk, viscose essential to succeed the gathers on this model.

The Forget Me Not dress by Slow Sunday Paris is globally accessible and is characterized by 2 points: the sleeves and ruching.

In the preamble you’ll realize necklines front and back. I always make a stitched so well put the collar. Warning remember opening the back of the neck to pass the head;))) To close, I used hooks.

Once realized collar, you will mount the panels on front and back;)) You first realize the gathers then you will adjust to the body and the back;)))

Then tackle the key element : the handlebars I decided to decorate them with matching piping supplied in the box Craftine to enhance the superposition of the handlebars and especially the detail that distinguishes the Forget Me Not dress by Slow Sunday Paris;) ) So then cut the handles shaped 8 it may seem puzzling at first glance, in fact it is clever. Before sewing the sleeves bunk, I sewed all the piping along the handlebar and then stitched on the spot (once the inward folded piping). If you have enough fabric, you can cut 4 times the handlebars so as to double by inserting your sandwich piping :))) To mount your handlebar, your starting point will be the center marker correlated with the shoulder otherwise it is said front side and back of the head. To help you in advance, please start a bunk handlebar pinning then you will only have to sew. Can you repeat the same operation on the other side.

It will do more to realize the hem Forget Me Not dress by Slow Sunday Paris is ready to put on;))) I have to say BRAVO to Caroline because Iris coat and Forget Me Not dress by Slow Sunday Paris because the models are timeless, or the details that make all the difference in the time totally era while remaining easily accessible …
